1.1 Despatch of goods

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. UK customers should allow 3 working days for delivery. Overseas orders are sent by AirMail post and may take between 4 and 8 days to arrive and is carried out by each countries local postal service, so the final delivery speed will vary from one country to another. If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your goods within 72 hours, we will notify you by email to ask if you wish to cancel the order or to wait.

At present we can offer three types of shipping, all from the Royal Mail:

Airmail track and trace outside the UK is a combination of International Signed for and Airsure services; where possible, Airsure, the better of the two services is employed.

All these options can be viewed and then selected from the shopping basket once you have finished your purchase and are ready to proceed to the checkout. You do not have to worry about working out the shipping costs as our shopping basket will automatically add the correct shipping costs once you select your preferred delivery method and destination.

For European customers, please read below to find out if your country is classed as European (EU) before choosing that shipping option. If your country is not classed as European (EU) then please use the shipping option [Rest of the world]. If your country is not found during the checkout process please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

1.2 Payment methods

Pay securely with any major credit or debit card through the PayPal payment system www.paypal.com or, in the UK, www.paypal.co.uk

It is not necessary to have or to open a Paypal account to make a payment.
Signing up for a PayPal account is now optional.

Is PayPal safe to use?

PayPal protect your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with (us) the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

We never see your credit or debit card details, instead PayPal process your payment and do their own security checks before telling us if your payment has been accepted.

Payment instructions:

1. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order (UK only), click on the link to the mail order form (situated below the shopping basket – the form will appear below the shopping basket), complete the details, print it out and send it, together with your payment (a cheque in pounds sterling or a postal order to the appropriate amount) to the address shown on the form.
2. Once the mail order has been received you will be sent an email confirming the received order along with your order number and an estimated dispatch date.
3. Once the order has been completed you will then receive a final email confirming your order has been dispatched via your chosen shipping method.

Sales Tax (Including UK VAT)

Customers from within the UK and EU will not have to pay VAT at 20% at this current time. Customers from outside the EU (such as the USA) also do not have to pay sales tax and this is deleted at checkout, when the appropriate Country and Shipping Method is selected. The customer may have to pay an import duty charge when their purchase passes through their respective customs. CUS Busting Ltd is not responsible for these import duty charges.

1.3 Returns

7 day money back guarantee!

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Aroma4u. It is our aim to offer both value and quality. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied, simply return the item(s) in its original and unused condition, along with the packaging, within 7 days of receipt and we'll exchange it or offer you a full refund. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned to us safely, and we recommend using a recorded delivery service. If the item was damaged in the post we will also refund the postage costs. These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

Please remember to include your original order number when communicating with us.
