Create your own gift
You can create your own Aroma
Stress Buster™ to reflect your taste or as a gift for a
stressed-out friend or relative by choosing from a range of
and 100% pure essential oils. If you want to create your
own Aroma Stress Buster, then click on ‘Create your own gift’ and
use our easy to use interactive system to select the colours,
message and essential oils you want.
How do I put an item in my shopping basket?
Once you have made your selection, then
simply click on the 'Add to Basket' button and the item will
automatically be put into your shopping basket and your shopping basket
will be displayed so that you can see all the items in it. Like a
real shopping basket, you can take items out of the basket if you have
changed your mind or made a mistake by ticking the delete square or using the ‘Clear basket’ button.
I've chosen what I want, what next?
If you wish to continue shopping then click on
the ‘Continue shopping’ button.
If you have finished shopping, then first select the shipping option
you prefer (for more information on the shipping options available,

shopping basket item you want to remove.
At any time you can come
back out of our checkout page and go back into our shopping pages by clicking on the ‘back’ button.
Paying by cheque or postal order
This option is for customers within the UK only
- If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order (UK only), click on the link to the mail order form (situated below the shopping basket –
the form will appear below the shopping basket), complete the details, print it out and send it, together with your payment
(a cheque in pounds sterling or a postal order to the appropriate amount) to the address shown on the form.
- Once the mail order has been received you will be sent an email
confirming the received order along with your order number and an estimated dispatch date, which will depend upon the payment method used.
By *cheque there will be approx 10 working days while the cheque must completely clear (excludes weekends).
Or by postal order which should take up to 72 hours for the order to be dispatched.
- Once the order has been completed you will then receive once final email confirming your order has been dispatched via your
chosen *shipping method.
* Do not forget to choose a shipping method before filling out the mail order form. The shipping
options can be found underneath the shopping basket
along with a link to our terms and conditions and further shipping information.
* (UK only) Cheques must clear completely (10 working days)
before order can be dispatched.

Paying securely via credit/debit card via PayPal
It is not necessary to have or to open a Paypal account to
make a payment.
Signing up for a PayPal account is now optional.
If you already have a PayPal account, then please login and pay in the usual way.
If you do not have a PayPal account, but wish to pay by credit or debit card, then please click on the appropriate button.
Complete the forms on screen as requested. Before you are asked to finally confirm the order, you will be asked to check the details.
Once you have paid, you will be provided with a Receipt ID number, which you should keep a record of,
and you should receive an email from PayPal to the address you provided confirming your order.
Is PayPal safe to use?
PayPal protect your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with
(us) the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

Because we use PayPal to process our customers' online payments, we
never see your credit card details.
When will my order be delivered?
When we receive your order, you will have already received an email from PayPal confirming payment
and your order. You will then receive a further email from us informing you that we have despatched your order.
We aim to despatch all orders within 72 hours. If for any reason this is not possible, we will notify you by email to ask if
you wish to cancel your order or to wait
