Description of plant: A tree, native to tropical Asia, growing to a height of 30 m. It produces intensely fragrant yellow flowers
Nature of oil: Pale yellow; intensely sweet, floral aroma
Method of oil extraction: Steam distillation of the flowers
Blends well with: Black pepper, citrus essential oils, frankincense, geranium, vetiver
Specific precautions required: May provoke sensitivity in some people
